FPC Raleigh

First Presbyterian Church of Raleigh, North Carolina

Serving Christ from the heart of the city to the ends of the earth with

Love, faith, and action

FPC is a downtown church with deep roots and an open door. We hold to a faith that is thoughtful rather than performative, and a community where people are known by name rather than sorted into categories. Whether you’ve been part of this congregation for decades or you’re considering a first visit, there’s a place for you here, in worship, in study, and in the life we build together.

Sunday Mornings

New here? We’ll walk you through what to expect, from parking to the bulletin in your hand.

Worship

8:30 a.m. & 11:00 a.m.

Sunday School

9:45–10:45 a.m.

Faith for the Everyday

Faith was never meant to stay inside these walls.

Every Tuesday, our podcast, Enough for Today offers a short conversation to carry into the week ahead, and our library of studies and devotions gives you a way to keep scripture close on any day, not just Sunday.

The Friendship Fund

A legacy of love and quiet action

Since 1959, the Friendship Fund has helped Wake County neighbors through the kind of week that threatens to unravel everything: a car repair, a missed paycheck, a bill that suddenly can’t wait. It’s one of the clearest ways this congregation lives out what it believes, quietly and consistently, for over sixty years running.

Find Your Place

There’s more than one way into life at FPC. Children and students are part of this community now, not someday. Adults find classes and groups that fit wherever they are. And when someone needs to serve, or needs to be served, there’s a place for that too.
