Church Office Operations: Update

Office / Mail / Financial Operations

Throughout the COVID-19 travel restrictions, your FPC operations staff continues limited office work coverage on a rotating basis from 9:00 am – 3:00 pm, primarily for mail and other deliveries, maintenance, and financial processing.

The receptionist desk is not being staffed during this period, so please listen to the updated voicemail message for direct contact information.


  • US Mail is temporarily being delivered ONLY on Mondays and Thursdays.


  • Contributions are now processed on Tuesday, and Accounts Payables (checks) are processed on Wednesday, and mailed on Thursday.


  • Please allow at least two weeks time for processing due to batch mail delivery and weekly processing.
