A task force was appointed by the Session to make recommendations about FPC’s eventual reopening for public worship.

Nell Burke presented the following motions for approval.
Each motion passed:
• Vacation Bible School program will be conducted as an at-home/virtual VBS program by Illustrated Ministry. VBS is scheduled for June 22 to June 26.
• “Growing in God’s Love – A Story Bible” by Elizabeth F. Caldwell and Carol A. Wehrheim will be made available to families with young children.
Personnel Ministry Team:
Mike Austin presented the following motion in conjunction with the CE Committee for approval. Motion passed.
• Implementation of a Sabbatical Leave benefit for the Church’s program staff.
Items for Information
• The international Mission trips to Bolivia and Haiti have been cancelled.
• The Congregational Life committee is exploring options to update the Church’s pictorial Membership Directory.
