ITEMS FOR APPROVAL
Congregational Life Committee presented an update on assessment of congregational attendance over the past two months. The intent of the sub-committee is to define and determine an Active and a Non Active member and to reach out to members who may not be benefitting from the many programs FPC has to offer.
Other motions:
Presbyterian Women 2019 FPC Women’s Retreat approved celebration of communion for this and future retreats, provided a PCUSA minister is present to preside.
ITEMS FOR INFORMATION
Budget and Finance Committee reported operating revenues and expenses changed very little from August.
Safety and Security Task Force presented highlights of work done to date. An FPC Security Plan is to be created and will be presented to the congregation.
