For the Good of the Church
Margaret Peacock, Moderator of the Search Committee for a Music Director, led a discussion designed to explore Elders’ personal perceptions and preferences regarding church music as well as preferred qualifications of a new music director.

Deacon Report
Amy McLeod gave further explanation about the PALS initiative.

Items for Approval
Lu Ann Little presented motions to approve The Reverend Dr. Robert C. Evans as FPC Christian Education speaker and to approve The Way-Walking in the Footsteps of Jesus, Adam Hamilton.

Financial Report (Finance and Budget Committee)
Thomas M. Talbott reported that the FPC Financial Books for 2018 had been closed resulting in a surplus of $43,854. Pledging units numbered 311 with revenue pledged up 12% over 2018.

Pastor’s Report
Reverend Laurie Taylor Weicher announced approximately 12 new members are anticipated with the current Inquirer’s Class.
