Church School:

* Church School will Continue Meeting Online *
9:40 – 10:25 am

As more of the church family have had a chance to be vaccinated, and as gathering restrictions are being eased, the Session has determined that a return to in-person worship is both possible and fitting. May 23 is Pentecost, a day when we celebrate the beginnings of the Christian church. Perhaps this day can be a day of new beginnings for us! We have been cautious and careful during this pandemic, and will continue to be, and so even as we return to in-person worship.

We ask that you follow the guidelines highlighted below if you choose to join us. We appreciate your cooperation as we ease back into a normal routine.

Wear A Mask

Masks are required in the church building. Masks need to be worn above your nose and below your chin. Thank you for following these safety guidelines to protect the health and wellbeing of yourself and others.

Social Distancing

Within the building, please maintain social distancing. Please be sensitive to your neighbors’ comfort level with physical distance and social interaction. We encourage you to enjoy fellowship outdoors.

Worship Materials

You’ll be invited to pick up a worship bulletin, including children’s worship bags, in the Lisa Ham Gathering Space. Baskets will be set up to collect the offering or you may continue to give online. Friendship Pads and Prayer Requests cards will not be available but you may Connect During Worship Online »

Sanctuary Seating

Some pew cushions have been removed in the sanctuary to ensure proper social distancing. Please sit in a cushioned pew with your family unit.

Childcare/Nursery

Childcare has returned and is offered in the Stock Building for 8:30 and the 11:00 am worship services. Employees are masked. Parents are asked to sign children in and hand them to nursery workers on the outside of the interior doors, to alleviate extra people walking through the Child Development Center.

Congregational Singing

We will have congregational singing while wearing masks. Hymnbooks will not be available. We will include single hymn sheets for you to use in the bulletin to limit the number of shared surfaces. Please take them home with you and do not leave in the pew.

If you have questions, please reach out to one of the pastors or Scott Sommerfeld.

We know that some of you aren’t ready to resume in-person worship and hope you’ll continue to worship online with us and let us know how we can best care for you.

It will be so wonderful to worship God together and delight in God’s presence with us!
We can’t wait to see you!
