In the fall of 2019, the Generosity and Strategic Planning Committees co-sponsored a series of “Town Hall” meetings, led by Dr. Ed McLeod, to gather ideas from the congregation on the future direction of First Presbyterian Church.
Thanks to all of you who participated in these important meetings. We received many outstanding individual and collective visionary ideas for strengthening FPC in the areas of Discipleship, Fellowship, and Mission.
We are in the process of analyzing the massive amount of data that we received.
This analysis will be completed shortly and presented to the Session for input and revision.
Once we receive Session approval, this information will be presented to the congregation and then to the appropriate committees for implementation and further action.
We realize that with the new COVID-19 reality, there will most likely need to be modifications to the implementation of some of the suggestions we received during the “Town Hall” meetings.
