President Clay Jackson presented a review of the latest Foundation meeting.
Items for Approval:
Christian Education Committee: Lu Little presented the following motions for approval. Each motion passed.
- 2020 All Church Retreat Speaker Rev. Taylor Lewis Guthrie Hartman
- Santa Breakfast on December 7 hosted by the youth as a fundraiser for the High School Mission Trip
Items for Information:
Dr. McLeod explained that the Book of Order mandated that church rolls and records be maintained. The Congregational Life Committee is giving oversight to this function. Dr. McLeod explained that it is the Session’s responsibility to provide criteria that will guide the collection/review of this data.
