8th Annual FPC Serves: January 20

Day of Service Event

Besides helping our Mission partners, we learn first hand how these agencies are helping us fulfill our mission of “Serving Christ from the Heart of the City to the Ends of the Earth with Love, Faith and Action.” 

All events will take place at FPC in Memorial Hall. All ages welcome!

Baffling for Habitat Houses (9:00 am – Noon) – Pathfinders/ROCKstars Project

Habitat develops partnerships to build healthy affordable homes with and for God’s people in need. Promotes self-reliance through home ownership and creates sustainable communities.

► Design and Paint baffling pieces to provide insulation for future Habitat home.
► Best for families with young children age 4 and under, with a parent.

Rise Against Hunger

Rise Against Hunger’s mission is to end hunger by providing food & life-changing aid.

► Join together to package 15,000 individual meals to send to communities and countries around the world.
► Best for ages 5 and up.

Nursery Volunteer (On site at FPC)

► Provide childcare for 6 years and younger on Day of Service.
